We were established in 1995 with the vision to develop and distribute best quality products that improve a key element of social sustainability - the right to safe and healthy working conditions.
Increasingly, employees all over the world depend on ICT access. Our products are designed to enhance the ergonomics of such work best possibly – whether on-site or working from home.
At Contour Design, we all work together to continue to improve social sustainability around safe and healthy working conditions through innovation, design, and guidance. In addition, we ensure that we continue to prevent or mitigate our adverse impacts on all key areas of social, environmental, and economic sustainability.

Our product range of more than 15 quality products are all designed to improve the working conditions at the workplace or when working from home or on the move.
We continuously conduct research and development to improve these properties of our products. In collaboration with our users, researchers, and other stakeholders we provide for information, tutorials, and guidance on dealing with work-related health issues and how best to apply our products.

Managing its responsibilities for sustainable development
At Contour Design, we believe in the power of prevention for physical planetary damage, affecting work satisfaction, ergonomics and how we contribute to the sustainability agenda in the world. Our exceptional product line brings direct social and physical benefits for our customers while we manage the sustainability risks in our value-chain and minimizing any negative impacts throughout our operations. We, at Contour design are dedicated to making a valuable contribution to the pressing sustainability agenda and will focus our efforts on all scopes from Head Quarter facility management to the way our products are designed and sourced. We strive to be at the frontline of the industry being proactive in addressing trends and topics from the customers to the investors and go beyond minimal compliance. Environmental initiatives
We recognize that as a hardware manufacturer of computer accessories, most of our carbon emissions come from Scope 3, specifically from the materials used in production. We started our reporting journey in 2021 with the assistance from the Footprint Firm and Global CSR for verification and consultancy. Through the reporting process we will collaborate with our suppliers to educate them on the latest sustainability research and best practices whilst learning from their own sustainability plans. In 2023 we have introduced new frameworks to our reporting as a part of the coming Coporate Social Responsibility Direcetive from the EU. This means that we will share data and documentation on all our owned entities for our Social, Environmental and Economical impact. Based on our latest research, we have started the process of:
- Replacing virgin materials with renewable materials such as PCR plastics and recycled alluminium.
- Reducing our Carbon footprint for our company through value-chain control and product Life Cycle Assessments.
- Continuously improving our packaging materias and recyclability.
- Develop quality products with long lifetime reduces environmental impacts.
